The RS Shell Jersey S11, created in collaboration with the Tudor Pro Cycling team, is an Assos aeroScience creation. This garment reinvents the possibilities of a vest: its highly breathable and weatherproof design combines the protection of a vest with the cut of a race jersey. The new Diamond Ultra softshell fabric protects the front and shoulder area from wind chill and precipitation, while the insulating and highly elastic 575CX fabric provides support and thermoregulation in the upper arms. Both materials are highly breathable, maintaining a dry microclimate to ensure that all-out efforts don't leave the body damp and cold. They are also ultra-stretch and have been combined with a stretch mesh panel at the lower back for a better fit and visibility of the race numbers attached to the jersey. This allows for a second-skin aerodynamic design, perfect for top-level competition. When weather conditions improve and temperatures rise, the low-volume RS Shell Jersey S11 can be folded and carried in the pocket of another jersey or jacket. Pair this piece with any Racing Series jersey for high-intensity rides in variable weather conditions. An updated version of the classic vest: its design, created to meet the needs of professional athletes, provides the protection of an all-weather vest along with the coverage and fit of a race jersey. Featured Fabrics: The new patented two-layer Diamond Ultra membrane, an updated version of the Sphere softshell fabric family, features a more protective and stretchy design. This highly elastic fabric is our lightest Diamond material. It offers the highest breathability and waterproofing, as well as a second-skin fit that doesn't put pressure on your body. The 575CX warp-knit fabric, an insulating and breathable material, creates a second-skin design that wraps around the body's contours for support and compression.

Our racingFit AEPD 11 fit was created using input from professional WorldTour cyclists. This aerodynamic, second-skin design offers all-around compression and stability.
